Shipping and Returns

 

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA - FREE freight for orders over AUD$200*. Orders under AUD$200 will be charged a flat fee of AUD$10 to cover postage and handling. *Excluding Lamps.

We provide Free Freight for items delivered within Australia on all orders over AUD$200. All Orders placed before 10am AEST Monday to Friday will be responded to via e-mail within 48 hours to confirm or deny that Kitten D’Amour can supply the order. All orders are sent by Registered Mail with Australia Post. Registered post takes between 4 and 7 business days to be delivered from the day of dispatching the order. You might need to collect your parcel from your local post office if you are not home to receive it. You will be given the option to pay for Express Post when you place your order. Express Post Orders will be processed and sent within 3 business days and a AUD$20 flat rate applies. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - FREE Freight for International Orders over AUD$300*. International orders under AUD$300 will be charged AUD$30 for freight, exept for New Zealand customers who will be charged a flat rate of AUD$15. All International Orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail. Please allow 10 business days for International shipping. For Express DHL an international flat rate of AUD$50 applies,  please allow 4 business days for Express DHL. *Excluding Lamps.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL FEES

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Additional Postage Information

All the times outlined above are estimates and are not guaranteed. The intent is to provide excellent customer service, however sometimes unforeseen circumstances do arise. Parcels may also be delayed due to public holidays or problems experienced by the Australia Post System. We cannot accept responsibility for these situations. The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Kitten D'Amour reserves the right not to accept an Order, or having accepted an Order, to cancel an Order if it cannot supply the Goods. Kitten D'Amour only creates a limited amount of items in each collection, and share stock between five boutiques. There may be the occasion were items are out of stock. This may delay the delivery of your parcel, you will receive a courtesy email informing you of expected delivery time should this be the case. If you need to track your parcel or have an urgent date the order is needed by, please contact us so we can accommodate.

 

RETURNS

We are thrilled to offer FREE returns for our Australian Kittens! 

We are thrilled to offer our Australian Kittens FREE returns! Contact one of our lovely customer service kittens, either through email (support@kittendamour.com) or phone (07  3245 1122) and we can determine if you would prefer an exchange or credit note in exchange. Then simply send your design for FREE with the included parcel and return address sticker! Don’t forget to include your receipt!

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT- Kitten D'Amour offers Exchange or Store Credit for change of mind or incorrect size choice provided you return the garment within 28 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. Strictly no returns on any swimwear or lingerie. Please include the receipt with your return, and send with the enclosed parcel and return address sticker. 

If you wish to return an item or items, for a Credit Note or Exchange, the exchange can only be used on NEW items and the exchange can not be made on the same items that you are returning.

 

REFUNDS- There are no refunds offered for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We do not refund if the garment is no longer suitable or it does not fit or if the garment is damaged due to the customer not following the labelled care instructions or if the customer has damaged the garments after the garments have left the Boutique in a new and sale worthy condition or if you decide that you don't want a garment once they arrive. Clicking 'Place Order' confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once we accept your order these terms and conditions apply. This also applies if you receive an item and you refuse to accept the package from the Post Office or Courier Company.

 

FAULTY ITEM- If an item purchased is faulty due to manufacture or is unfit for the purpose it was intended, you must inform Kitten D'Amour within 7 days of receiving your order via email to support@kittendamour.com. Please note if faults occur after the garment has been worn generally this is not the responsibility of Kitten D'Amour depending on the time frame being ‘Reasonable’. These situations will be determined on a case to case basis. Kitten D'Amour has the right to refuse responsibility after the garment has been worn.
